we provide grip and light from local caribbean sources as part of our production service - for our production clients only. in case that you have an equipment request which we cannot deliver or any last minute special wishes - we rent from neighboring islands or from miami rental partners - we have couriers to pick it up personally to bring it to you. 

the professional level of caribbean island technical crews is of high standart and we can assure you that the crew that we hire to work with this equipment is professional, motivated, and up to date. in case that noone will be available for your dates and shoot anywhere in the caribbean, we will fly in crew and equipment from miami or fort lauderdale.

Sound equipment, lights in various sizes, tripods, reflectors, dollies, cranes, mounts, silenced generators, as well as most expendables can be provided locally.

Whenever the CARIBBEAN PRODUCTION Company produces a TV commercial shoot or provides full production support for a foreign film or video production team, we organise grip, light, cameras, lenses, audio from local sources - but we are not a traditional rental house.

SAFE TRANSPORT OF FILM EQUIPMENT

For transports of film equipment (lights in various sizes, tripods, grip, reflectors, dollies, cranes, mounts, silenced generators, sound equipment as well as most expendables) we have vans and trucks in all sizes with experienced drivers/set helpers.

moving equipment and caribbean production crew to smaller islands, we use a ferry, boats, catamarans or small local planes. - we take care of permits, cargo and customs.

european photographers usually request “profoto” equipment, which is not common in the caribbean. we have mostly “white lightning”, a canadian brand, which had been used instead, but always with satisfied clients and very good results.
